Growth is a painful process

There is a reason shit happens to us or to our loved ones. I have no idea what it is and I would much rather it did not. But out of the pain comes growth. Creativity. Re-birth. Wisdom. Peace. Until the next pile hits the fan when the cycle begins again. Maybe the Buddhists are on to something. Whatever. Boulders create turbulence in the river of life. But they can also be crucial stepping stones in our path. Look back at your boulders with acceptance. Gratitude even, if you can. And think kindly of the person you were when you stepped on to them20190318_191020_00015048436843764503960.png
